It depends. Sometimes when i’m having a bad day, I just let myself have a bad day. I stay in, watch movies, eat yummy food, and sleep. I think it’s natural to have bad days, and I just choose to nurture my soul and relax. Fighting with yourself can just make it worse.
But sometimes I spend a long time on my makeup because it makes me feel good. And I just try to make myself put effort into looking pretty, so I will feel perkier.
